Fancy some free compost to get your garden in tip top condition for Autumn?
Staff at West Kirby Recycling Centre, on Lang Lane, are giving away free bags of Pro-Grow soil improver to celebrate Recycle Week.
The giveaway began on Monday 12th September and continue until stocks last, during normal opening times.
In exchange for bringing garden waste to be recycled, Wirral residents will be able to pick up a bag of Pro-Grow soil improver at West Kirby Recycling Centre during Recycle Week.
Jeff Sears, Director at Veolia, which operates the centre, said: “Recycle Week is an ideal time for residents to really take a fresh look at their recycling habits, and to see if there are any opportunities to recycle even more items.”

Terms & conditions: Only one bag per car, given out on a first come first serve basis while stocks last. To qualify for a free bag, residents must deposit garden waste at the Recycling Centre, the equivalent of a standard sack size or larger.
