The Coroner’s Office is appealing for help in tracing the family of an elderly woman from Hoylake who died in a road collision earlier this month.
Ana Marcroft, aged 83, passed away after being struck by two cars at around 6.45pm on 11 January.
The incident happened on Market Street – the same road she lived on.
It is believed that having been struck by a blue Saab, she was then hit by a silver Ford Fiesta.
Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene, and a police investigation has been launched.
Anyone who knows the next-of-kin of Ms Marcroft is asked to contact the Coroners office on 0151 351 0933 or email sophie.davies@liverpool.gov.uk
