The West Kirby branch of NatWest has re-opened six days a week.
In May 2016, NatWest, in Banks Road, announced it would be closed on Thursdays due to a reduction in customer demand.
However, following an outcry from customers, it has re-opened every Thursday from March 19.
Leigh Dawson-Browne, branch manager, said: “I took over as Branch Manager in October and reopening my branch on Thursdays has been a real priority for me.
“I have listened to our Personal, Premier & Business customers and this change is a direct result from their feedback. I feel it is the right thing for our branch and will really make a difference to our local community.”
From March, NatWest West Kirby branch will be open on Thursdays and its new opening hours will be Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm; Saturday 9am – 12:30pm.
