Wirral Kayak Challenge has been rescheduled for Sunday 14 July after it had to be postponed due to the weather.
It was originally meant to take place on Sunday 16 June, but has been delayed due to winds.
The charity paddle from New Brighton to Thurstaston is now in its 12th year.
The revised date means people can still sign up to take part, with registration nights at The Railway in Meols on 4 and 11 July from 7.30pm – 9.30pm.
The event is raising money for the RNLI in West Kirby, Hoylake and New Brighton, while Stick n Step, which supports children with cerebral palsy, will also benefit.
