It comes amid ongoing gatherings on King’s Gap from people on both sides of the immigration debate.
They began after local councillors revealed that that the government was planning to use the accommodation to house male asylum seekers.
It was used for this purpose from 2020-21 before the focus shifted to families.
On Sunday 3 August, a 28-year-old man from Wirral was arrested on suspicion of displaying threatening or abusive writing or signs.

Superintendent Karl Baldwin said: “Merseyside Police respects the right of people to protest and express their views.
“Everyone has the right to the protest. Nobody has the right to threaten, intimidate or break the law and we will continue to take action against anyone that attends a protest and breaks the law”.
Last week, Merseyside Police said a 25-year-old man from the Sefton area had been arrested on suspicion of inviting support for a proscribed (banned) terrorist organisation, with the offence alleged to have taken place outside of Merseyside.
Wirral Council has said it has “voiced concern about the plans….but we don’t have any authority to refuse: it’s a government decision.”
They added: “Ultimately the safety and wellbeing of everyone in the Hoylake community, including asylum seekers, is the top priority.”
They have also urged people to check the reliability of sources before sharing information.
