A fully furnished exclusive house in Caldy which is valued at £3 million is up for grabs in a charity prize draw.

Omaze is offering the five bedroom, three bathroom property – Rock Mount on Thorsway – in its November raffle.

It describes the home, which was built in 2013, as being located in “star-studded Caldy…an exclusive village on the Wirral Peninsula’s sandy coast, just half an hour from the vibrant city of Liverpool”.

It adds: “This stylish house sits just a short stroll from Caldy Beach, with its floor-to-ceiling glass facade offering stunning views over the Dee Estuary and Irish Sea”.

The property is said to be “inspired by the timeless glamour of mid-century Hollywood’s most iconic homes”.

It was nominated for a RIBA architecture award when it was constructed, is on a one acre plot and features a cinema room and a heated outdoor swimming pool.

The winner will receive a £250k budget “to help them settle in”, or alternatively rent it out for an estimated £8,000 a month, or sell up “walking away a multi-millionaire”.

The draw company guarantees that at least £1 million from the sale of tickets will go to the Scouts.
