The team responsible for the new Marine Lake Health and Wellbeing Centre in West Kirby are inviting people to find out more about their plans for a community garden and public spaces.

The centre is currently under construction on Orrysdale Road, and is set to open its doors in spring.

The complex will be the new home for Marine Lake Medical Practice and Estuary Medical Practice, which are both currently based at The Concourse.

How the garden might look

The scheme is being funded by NHS England and Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Now, health bosses are inviting people to book a place at a focus group at West Kirby United Reformed Church on Meols Drive, on Thursday 17 November at 10am.

There will be an opportunity to find out how you could help create indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy. Refreshments will be provided.

To book a place please email: wchc.marine@nhs.net or call 0151 514 2888
