Hoylake and Meols Christmas Lights switch-on takes place on Saturday 26 November.
The build up starts at 4pm, with the ceremony at 6pm at the Row in Hoylake, between Rightway and Kowloon on Market Street.
There will be stalls in the car park of The Ship Inn, and at St Luke’s Church, as well as carol singers, and the chance to have a photograph taken with Father Christmas in his sleigh.
Local businesses and residents have helped fund the lights by sponsoring individual lamp posts and elements of the festive display, with volunteers co-ordinating the fundraising and installation.
